
Marie DESROCHERS
STOTT Pilates Instructor
​Marie has over 20 years of experience helping clients with chronic pain in Canada, U.S.A., Scotland, England and France. She has experience with sports injuries, back and neck pain, joint and muscle pain and neurological issues. Over the past decade, Marie has helped her clients decrease their chronic pain with her unique techniques of assessing and treating their body as a whole with Pilates.
Marie's interest for health grew as she completed her Masters in Physiotherapy in the U.K. and Bachelors in Kinesiology in Canada. Marie is a STOTT PILATES® Instructor specialising in rehabilitation. Furthermore, she is an NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist and CWA Climbing Instructor. Marie is a current member of the Fédération des Professionnels de la Méthode Pilates (FPMP). In 2024, Marie had the honor of being a Physiotherapist for the Summer Olympics and Paralympics in Paris.​
