Marie is a fully Certified STOTT PILATES® Rehabilitation Instructor. She will individualise your private or group Pilates classes through an individualised assessment*. In addition, she will integrate STOTT pilates equipment and props to ensure that your body will rebuild it's strength from the inside to outside. Sessions are 60 minutes.
*Must have private initial evaluation prior to first session. Marie will perform a one-of-a-kind individualised functional assessment for each new client. Therefore, she will be able to develop a safe and effective fitness program.

** Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the Client. If Marie cancels less than 24 hours in advance, the client will receive a complimentary session. **
