Marie is a Fully Certified STOTT PILATES® Rehabilitation Instructor. She will individualise your private or group Pilates classes through an individualised assessment*. In addition, she will integrate STOTT PILATES® equipment and props to ensure that your body will rebuild it's strength from the inside to outside. Sessions are 60 minutes.
 
*Must have private initial evaluation prior to first session. Marie will  perform a one-of-a-kind individualised functional assessment for each new client. Therefore, she will be able to develop a safe and effective fitness program.
